LegaSea is built on collaboration. LegaSea was established in 2012 as a fully owned subsidiary of the New Zealand Sport Fishing Council. LegaSea’s role is to bring various communities together to achieve the collective goal of more fish in the water and a fair go for all Kiwis.

From launching The Kai Ika Project, to joint submissions, to community-driven ocean clean-ups, these collaborations make us stronger and bring our shared vision for abundant, thriving oceans closer to reality.
