No more trawling in Snapper 8
A new review by Fisheries NZ could lead to a big increase in bottom trawling on the West Coast of the North Island. Bottom trawling is a destructive fishing technique that rips up the seafloor and takes years to recover from.
To stop this from happening we need as many people as possible to make a submission before 27 July. It will take you 1 minute to make a submission.
